02The problem
Salma Travels sells premium hajj packages ranging from BDT 7 lakh to nearly BDT 18 lakh per pilgrim — buyers who need to trust the operator absolutely before sending family on a once-in-a-lifetime spiritual journey. Most competitors in the category hide pricing behind 'request a quote' walls and lean on aggressive sales follow-up. Sajid wanted the opposite: a site that pre-qualified committed pilgrims by showing them everything up front, so every enquiry that came through was already half-sold.
03The approach
We built Salma around calm trust, not category-typical sales pressure. The hero leads with 'Your trusted partner for a sacred journey' framed by an arched Islamic motif around imagery of the Haram, in a warm restrained palette that signals premium without performing premium-ness. The three package tiers (CIP, VIP, Luxury Economy) are presented with full transparency: durations, prices, hotel distance-to-Haram, what's included down to buffet meals, private transport, VIP Mina/Arafah tents, and the Personal Salma Guide. No quote-walls. A persistent WhatsApp lead-capture sits beside it for the high-intent enquiries that always come on a major spiritual decision. Page-speed, mobile, and on-page SEO were treated as first-class concerns from the first commit so the brand could earn organic traffic on Google for premium-hajj keywords from launch day.
