A bilingual (Bangla / English) dark-themed portfolio site for Niribili Bachelor Home — a six-property bachelor-hostel brand across major Dhaka neighbourhoods, targeting students and professionals who want a clean, peaceful address. Built to position bachelor housing as a category that deserves a real brand and direct booking — not yet another listing on a classifieds page.

02The problem
Bachelor hostels in Dhaka are a crowded, low-trust category — most are sold through Facebook groups, classifieds, and word-of-mouth, with low-effort listings and minimal information up front. Niribili was actually offering something better — clean properties, three daily meals, presence across major Dhaka neighbourhoods — but the digital experience didn't reflect that quality gap. The founder needed a site that gave the brand permission to charge a premium and converted serious enquiries into direct bookings, without paying classifieds for leads that should have been his.
03The approach
Built as a property brand, not a listing. A confident dark-themed hero leads with the brand promise stated bluntly — 'Peaceful, Safe & Clean Bachelor Home' — over an editorial dark canvas that signals a different category to anyone who's seen the competition. A language toggle for Bangla speakers (the dominant audience for bachelor housing in Dhaka) sits in the header alongside light/dark/system theme controls. Map integration so prospects can verify each property's location at a glance. Click-to-call CTA and a floating chat widget for the two ends of enquiry intent. Property pages are structured around what actually matters to bachelor-housing buyers — neighbourhood, photos, amenities, meal services, and price — surfaced cleanly rather than buried in walls of text. Lead capture wires straight into the operations admin so enquiries land where the founder already works.
