Built the operating system Greeen Health is using to scale Bangla-language health education across Bangladesh — a unified commerce platform that handles on-demand video courses and printed books with real inventory and shipping today, and is architecturally ready for new courses, new titles, and B2B training programmes as the catalog grows. Thousands of orders move through it every month, all run from a single founder dashboard.

02The problem
Asif had a mission, not a product catalog. Bangladeshi consumers were making everyday health mistakes with severe consequences, and aspiring pharmacy entrepreneurs had nowhere to learn the business properly in their own language. He needed to publish on-demand video courses, ship physical books to homes across the country, and stay architecturally ready for B2B training contracts as the brand matured — all as a one-person operation. A standard Shopify build or off-the-shelf course platform would have boxed him into one product type and forced him to bolt on tools, payment workarounds, and spreadsheets later. He needed a real operating system, not a storefront.
03The approach
We architected Greeen Health as a unified commerce platform from day one — not as a one-product MVP. Digital courses (video lessons, on-demand access, student enrolment) and physical books (inventory tracking, order fulfilment, shipping workflows) live in the same stack today, and the data model and admin were designed so adding new course variants, new book titles, or eventually B2B training enrolments is configuration, not engineering. The admin is built for a solo operator: one dashboard, one source of truth across orders, payments, students, and stock. Bangla-first UI throughout, with typesetting tuned for long-form Bangla rendering — the flagship course 'A - Z ফার্মেসী বিজনেস গাইডলাইন' deserves a reading experience that respects the language. Page-speed, mobile performance, and on-page SEO were treated as first-class concerns from the first commit, so the brand could earn high-intent organic traffic on Google for pharmacy-business and public-health keywords from launch day.
